Globeneed assumes no responsibility for the content, policies and practices of any third-party websites/services. Globeneed shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance of any such services, content or goods available on or through any such websites/services.

We strongly advise you to read the Terms & Conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you may visit through Globeneed.com.


We may Terminate or Suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive Termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute we might have between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide 15days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Hotels & Apartments Section

  • 1.1 – Bookings

Please be advised that Globeneed is only promoting Network-Partner accommodation through its website and does not own or operate them.

We ask you to kindly refer to the Supplier’s individual Terms & Conditions page as restrictions may apply. Our Supplier’s Terms & Condition section can be accessed through the accommodation profiles on our website.

Please note that we are just a middle-Agent sourcing your accommodation needs and contributing 2% of every booking generated through our website to Charities and Good Causes.

  • 1.2 – Payment

Our provider will take all payments directly unless otherwise agreed by us. Each Provider will have their own Terms & Condition relating to payments. Please refer to the payments section under each Property Profile for more details.

  • 1.3 Changes, Extensions and Cancellations

All requests for changes, extensions and cancellations must be made in writing directly to us. Please also refer to our providers Cancellation/Change policy that will be on your booking confirmation prior to contacting us.

  • 1.4 – Changes by Us

We do not expect to have to make any changes to your booking however occasionally bookings have to be changed or cancelled or errors in information or other details corrected and we reserve the right to do so.  If this does happen, we will contact you by telephone or email where reasonably possible.  If a change has to be made or your booking has to be cancelled we will, if possible, offer you an alternative apartment of similar type and standard in a similar location for the same period.

  • 1.5 – Health and Safety

We take the health and safety of all our guests seriously. On arrival please familiarize yourself with the layout of the apartment and building and the health and safety procedures as detailed in your apartment. Since Globeneed does not operate or manage these apartments, we do not warrant that in booking these apartments on your behalf, that it is managed in accordance with local and national laws including health and safety. Please also note that though a Provider may comply with local and national laws, the rights and remedies under such laws may be different to that of England and Wales.

  • 1.6 – Content & Property Descriptions

The Providers featured supply all relevant property information/descriptions, including photos and directions. Whilst we do our utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, Globeneed cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise, or be responsible or liable for any negligence in relation to information on or accessible from this website.


Please note that all transactions here are based on transparency and respect. Our aim here is to protect destitute families/people from exploitation and help them against poverty.

Fair-trade is a double-action form of charity. It allows you to own a product while giving you the satisfaction of knowing that your money is been used towards the wellbeing of those in need and the destitute.

All what we will deduct from this transaction is the cost of shipping the item from A to B. We will take no admin fee, no service charge and a definite NO to making profits and running a successful business venture. So in-short the underprivileged/destitute will receive 95% and more of what you pay for the product.

Approximate delivery dates will be notified at the time of purchase.


After a purchase, if you change your mind or want it cancelled, please contact us immediately. Many sellers accept returns and they will give you 14days to let them know should you want the item returned. Please see seller’s return policy for more details.

In case of a damaged or not as described item being received, please contact us so that we can get that resolved with the seller directly for you.

* Please quote your order confirmation number in all your correspondence to us. This will enable us to quickly process your request accordingly.

This can vary according to the geographical location and time it may take for these poor people to process the order placed. However we will specify an approximate date of delivery for every item that you purchase and will ensure that they are made to receive on-time.


We are sorry. All purchase will be on a non-refundable policy. Once paid it is for the poor and the needy.

Complaints & Suggestions

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your accommodation please notify the Provider in the first instance. We will be happy to raise the issue on your behalf with our provider and find a suitable resolution. If you do not give us the opportunity to resolve a problem during your stay, this may affect the final outcome of any complaint received.
